I posted a roundup of some of my favorite, most creative Vegan MoFo posts from October 2011. I made a pledge to cook the 12 main recipes that I picked/linked to. I have not been doing that well as I have only cooked four and it's already May!!!
For extra motivation, I've decided to compile a zine that chronicles the cooking of these recipes. I hope to include the original recipe, my response to it, and potentially my version of that recipe. I want this zine to be available by next MoFo so I gotta get on it!
